The invoice you use should have your business information printed at the top and plenty of room for you to enter the details about the work you have performed and the parts you have used. If you enter all of this information clearly your customers will go away feeling like they really understand exactly what you did for them. If you just scribble out a bill that has little or no information on it they are more than likely going to pay the bill and never return, feeling like they have no idea what they just paid for. Find more sources and options for free invoice forms. Go to Settings – Custom Invoices Forms. Choose the design of sales it will use to choose between paper and MYOB invoice or a normal pre-printed invoice to be customized. In this example we will use a design service and MYOB Plain bill.

Click Custom and default MYOB invoice on the screen. In presenting the bill, there are two types of fields. One of them a text field and the other a data field. Text fields are fields that can be modified by re-writing, change the font size and style. For example, Bill A says: You can double click on the field and say again that kind of bill:. The data fields are fields that are the default fields for your bill of sale display and can not be changed. All fields in the bill can be re-positioned, removed again in size and borders can be added. Fields which are in [brackets] are some of the data fields and the media are not text fields.
